Sunny Days Vacation and Events

This Refund Policy governs all services provided by Sunny Days Vacation and Events (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting payment, booking travel, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Non-Refundable Fees

All application fees, planning fees, consultation fees, service charges, and agency fees charged by Sunny Days Vacation and Events are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. These fees compensate the Company for professional time, expertise, administrative services, research, and booking efforts, and are deemed fully earned upon receipt.

No refunds will be issued for these fees regardless of cancellation, modification, non-use of services, travel interruptions, force majeure events, vendor insolvency, or personal circumstances.

Third-Party Vendors and Suppliers

Sunny Days Vacation and Events acts solely as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and event venues (“Vendors”).

• All Vendor-related refunds, credits, or reimbursements are subject exclusively to the Vendor’s individual terms, conditions, and policies.

• Refund decisions, timelines, amounts, and eligibility are determined solely by the Vendor and are outside the control of Sunny Days Vacation and Events.

• The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding Vendor refunds.

Any Vendor-imposed penalties, cancellation fees, or change fees remain the responsibility of the client.

Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows

In the event of a cancellation, change, or no-show, any refundable amounts will be governed strictly by Vendor policies. Agency fees paid to Sunny Days Vacation and Events will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Disclaimer

If a Vendor approves a refund, processing times may vary and can take several weeks or longer. Sunny Days Vacation and Events is not responsible for delays caused by Vendors, financial institutions, or payment processors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Days Vacation and Events shall not be held liable for losses, delays, cancellations, refund denials, schedule changes, or service failures caused by third-party Vendors or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Policy Modifications

Sunny Days Vacation and Events reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sunny Days Vacation and Events operates.
